Philadelphia Criminal Attorney Peter L. Johnston appealed a Philadelphia man’s conviction on drug-dealing charges to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Johnston convinced the Superior Court panel that the trial judge’s denial of Johnston’s motion to suppress violated the Client’s constitutional due process protections.  As a result, the Superior Court ordered the verdict and sentence overturned and the case remanded to the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
