CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston recovers monies for woman injured in parking lot accident

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire obtains a recovery from a Philadelphia woman who was injured after her vehicle was struck by another vehicle which was driven recklessly through a shopping center parking lot. She experienced pain in her neck, back and shoulder after the accident, some of which was an aggravation of an earlier problem. She tried to manage the pain but ultimately sought treatment four months after the accident. Although the insurance company attempted to question her injuries because of the delay in treatment, Mr. Johnston was able to obtain for her a recovery from the other driver’s insurance company and an additional amount from the undersinsured motorist provisions of her own policy for a total settlement amount of $20,000.00 to compensate her for her medical bills and pain and suffering.
