Philadelphia Car Accident Attorney Peter L. Johnston successfully represented his clients before a Philadelphia Common Pleas arbitration panel. The clients were two Philadelphia women injured when their vehicle was struck by a large tow truck which suddenly veered into their lane. One woman was a limited tort passenger.
