CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston recovers money for woman’s finger injury

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire recovers $12,000.00 for a Philadelphia woman who suffered an injured finger after it was caught between a shopping cart and a metal storage bar at a national pharmacy chain.  She was attempting to pull a cart out of the shopping cart corral when a bar that was a part of it fell over and on to her finger.  Though she did not suffer any broken bones, she still required several months of therapy and incurred significant medical bills.
