How do I keep my family member in the United States?

CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston saves Polish immigrant from removal and helps him get lawful permanent residency

Young Polish man living in New Jersey was in removal proceedings filed by Immigration & Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) after having overstayed his visitor visa by several years. In the meantime, he got married to his high school sweetheart. Attorney Peter L. Johnston, Esquire filed a successful Alien Relative Petition on behalf of his wife. Subsequently, Mr. Johnston petitioned the Immigration Court to allow his client to adjust status to permanent resident. I.C.E. subsequently agreed to have the removal case against him terminated and have the matter referred to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services which subsequently approved his application for permanent residency. Once facing removal, the young man is now a happily married, productively working lawful permanent resident looking forward to eventually becoming a United States citizen.
