How do I keep my family member in the United States?

CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston recovers for woman injured in parked car

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire successfully represented an elderly Philadelphia woman who suffered injuries shortly after she got into her lawfully parked car only to have her car struck by another vehicle the driver of which driver negligently made a turn at a high rate of speed on to the street where she was parked. She required several months of treatment for her injuries and she enjoyed a much less active lifestyle than before the accident. Unfortunately, the woman whose vehicle struck her was uninsured, meaning that Mr. Johnston had to help her recover uninsured motorist benefits from her own automobile insurance policy. Mr. Johnston had to file suit against both the insurance company and the uninsured driver. Mr. Johnston was ultimately able to convince the carrier to tender an appropriate settlement offer to his satisfied client.
