CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston recovers for injured woman in slip and fall on wet floor

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire successfully represented a Philadelphia woman and recovered $22,500.00 for her after she was injured when she slipped and fell on water left on elevated subway platform in Philadelphia. A public transit worker failed to put down warning sign of water that had been mopped on to the floor and the woman who was lawfully using the subway was unable to see it because it was around a corner she had turned and out of her line of sight prior to turning the corner. Mr. Johnston’s client injured her back and neck, required several months of treatment and incurred significant medical bills.
