How do I keep my family member in the United States?

CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston obtains video and gets charges dropped for his client

Let’s go to the videotape! Peter L. Johnston, Esquire represented a young Philadelphia woman who incurred her first ever arrest when she was accused along with a friend of assaulting a man and a little girl on a Septa bus. His client insisted that the man was, in fact, the aggressor in what was essentially just an argument in which neither she nor her friend struck anyone. Mr. Johnston subpoenaed the security video from Septa which showed that his client’s version of the case was, in fact, the correct version. After presenting the video to the District Attorney’s office, the prosecution withdrew the case against her and her friend at the next scheduled preliminary hearing. Fully exonerated, she no longer has to worry about being prosecuted as a result of the incident in which she truly was innocent.
