CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston helps woman recover for injuries suffered in Philadelphia accident

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire recovers five figure settlement for a Delaware woman who injures back, neck and sprains both ankles in a head-on automobile accident which happened in Philadelphia. Fortunately, the woman was not more seriously injured. She did, however, suffer sprain injuries to her back, neck and both ankles. The other driver, meanwhile, claimed that she was at fault. Both parties took the case to mediation where Mr. Johnston was able to obtain an award in her favor. In addition, he was able to recover monies for his client from her own policy’s underinsured motorist provisions due to minimal policy limits of the other driver’s policy.
