CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston helps Philadelphia man resolve Delaware County DUI & felony charges

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire represented a young Philadelphia man who was charged in Delaware County, Pennsylvania with both drunk driving charges and charges of trying to elude police, the latter of which were graded as felonies.  Both charges were challenges to defend based upon the evidence.  However, Mr. Johnston was able to convince the District Attorney’s office to allow his client to plead to misdemeanor charges with probation, fines and community service instead of additional jail time.  As a result, his is now free and working gainfully as he puts the unfortunate matter behind him.
