CLIENT SUCCESS STORY: Johnston helps Philadelphia man be paroled

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire represented Philadelphia man who was sentenced by a Philadelphia Common Pleas judge to county jail time for a simple assault conviction after a trial that was handled by another attorney. The Philadelphia Prison System, however, failed to give him proper credit for time served. Mr. Johnston petitioned the judge who sentenced him arguing that he did not get his proper credit and presented evidence that he had a job lined up and was ready to be a productive member of society upon his release. Judge granted his petition and he was released. His now free and working to support his family.
