Philadelphia immigration attorney Peter L. Johnston, Esquire successfully represents a United States citizen woman, her Nigerian husband and his four children in immigrating to the United States. While visiting the United States, the Nigerian man met and married a the United States citizen woman who successfully petitioned him and two of his children children who were visiting with him to obtain their permanent residency with Mr. Johnston’s help. After becoming lawful permanent resident and a productive, working resident of Philadelphia, the immigrant man could financially afford to bring his two teenage sons who remained behind in Nigeria as well. Mr. Johnston, subsequently represented him and his wife in his successful visa petition on behalf of his sons who recently joined him in the United States.
