Peter L. Johnston, Esquire successfully represents a Liberian immigrant in his quest to become a United States Citizen. Originally admitted as a refugee, the man subsequently became a United States lawful permanent resident. However, while he was a lawful permanent resident, he was arrested for alleged public benefits fraud.
